my EAD expires on August 17
-Sent my renewal packet (2nd renewal) on April 5
-USCIS received it on April 10
-Did biometrics on MAY 6
-Nothing since then...

When I check my status of I-821D, it said that "we terminated your Form I-821D, Consideration of Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals. We mailed you a termination notice explaining why we took that action." "On April 11, 2016, we received your Form I-821D, Consideration of Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals, Receipt Number , and emailed you a receipt notice. It is being processed at our Integrated Operating Env location."

If I check my status of i-765, it said that "On April 15, 2016, we scheduled you for a biometrics appointment and mailed you an appointment notice for Receipt Number . Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you do not receive your appointment notice by May 15, 2016."
"We will prepare your case for officer review. If we need more information, we will notify you."

There's a button you can click to see "new view". You'll see it no longer says your case has been terminated.

What button? I do not see it anywhere. Are you reffering to this site? https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/landing.do

or the https://my.uscis.gov/ ?

I am one of those who did not get an access code. When I go to myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov I create an account and without an access code and when I log into it it turns into https://my.uscis.gov/ where there is just basic information about USCIS and some tiles with different links on them.

Thanks

It is days in general from the day USCIS received it. The customer service rep I spoke with on my last call said they can consider expediting the case once it is past 105 days.

So do I call their customer service number to have my case expedited?

I sent my package on March and did my biometrics as well on the last week of March, my permit expires on Aug 17, 2016. I wonder if I should reach out to uscis?

I would. I'm sure that would be considered outside of normal processing times.

A lot of us have 8/17 expiration day. I check for processing times and currently the Nebraska Center is taking 3.5 months to process renewals. If i don't hear anything by next week, I'm going to call. Im just glad it would be my last renewal. Im going to try to get a green card next year through marriage.
