(150 days) max. This would tell me they purposely want you to expire for a whole month.

I have been reading the thread and noticed you applied for renewal and have done AP. I am currently filling out my application and have a few questions. Did you fill out part 3 question 5.a. where it says "were you EVER issued an arrival-departure record (Form I-94, I-94W, or I-95)? It says part 3 is for Initial requests only so I'm thinking we don't fill this out but just want to make sure. Also on Part 2 Travel information did you put "advance parole" for reason to departure? And one last question, I noticed you said you included your I-94. Is this the document we get from the website? I never received an actual document so I'm guessing that's what we submit....? Thanks for your help!If anyone else can help with these questions I would greatly appreciate it!!
