Official 2016 Renewal Thread - Page 723

So no news today... Well, last week at my new job starts Monday, no approval in sight... this seriously sucks.

Hey everyone, I'm joining this thread because it was so helpful a few years back with my first DACA approval in 2012. This is now my third renewal and I submitted back in June. USCIS received my case on 6/20/2016 and I had Biometrics done on July 8th as a walk in (couldn't take off work on scheduled date). I am now past the 105-day mark and that anxious feeling is beginning to lurk on me. My EAD will expire on 11/17. Are there any June approvals beginning yet? Anyone with a similar timeline? I've been following only the most recent posts to this thread. I finally found the spreadsheet and will be submitting info to that soon. Thank you all! It's so comforting to see that we Dreamers can help each other out through these mediums. So much support! Have a good night!

I'm in the same boat. They received my application on 6/20. Biometrics were scheduled for 7/13. Case has been pending since then. My work authorization expires on 11/3. I have a $65,000 job offer pending on approval but no one cares about that since there's so many people in the same boat. Anyway, we have almost the same timeline. Mine was sent to the Nebraska Service Center as well.

Mishkat95, Wow our timelines are almost exact your right! I keep thinking to myself we still have time but the closer it gets to the date the more anxious I am getting if October could just slow down. Anyhow, I guess all we can do is offer each other support for now. Have you gone through all the NILC criteria to get your case looked at? I was told the following by USCIS after submitting an inquiry:


"The status of this service request is:

The Nebraska Service Center (NSC) is closely monitoring the expiration dates of initial Form I-821D, Consideration for Deferred action for Childhood Arrivals, and Form I-765, Application for Employment Authorization Document. We are working the renewals in the order of previous card expirations. There is no authorization to allow expedited processing of the renewals. However, if your card is a few days away from expiring and your case was filed at least four months prior we will review the case to ensure it is in proper placement. You must also have attended your biometrics appointment at the Application Support Center.

We hope this information is helpful and appreciate your continued patience."

I contacted NILC when I hit 105 days and they told me that USCIS has been able to process most cases under 120 days if they fall outside of that window of Feb to May. But, to contact them again if I hit 120 days and I am still not approved.

have been approved since 9/9, and no physical EAD. jesus this is fubar

I can't login to ELIS....It redirects me to main website, if I add /account it says error.
Help anyone?

They must be updating or working on the site . Can't login either . I don't think there are any updates on weekends anyway. Just a habit to check constantly .
