Work authorization will be merged with E-verify so that an electronic biometric (Photo ID) file will be available for every person in the country. That takes care of the bulk of immigrants. DreamAct and AgJobs are pretty much a done deal - we are running out of time. I know you posted about this already, but what does registration entail? Work and travel authorization? If this is his plan B, I just hope he knows that the Republicans will fight him the same way they fought him on DACA.
