I worked in retail before. Never ever again. Your average customer is a retard with an extreme sense of self worth. Ironically aside from the hobos the customers out liquor stores dramatically outclass the customers of a pharmacy.
So true. Can't read properly placed signage to save their lives and want an Armand de Brignac experience on a Coors Light budget.

Since I don´t fall under DACA I have a slightly different question:
Can I apply internally for a Workvisa (I have my own company with american citizens working for me and might get a big investment in 2015) without having to leave even though I´m undocumented (Visa overstay)?
That´s how I read No 4 here: http://www.uscis.gov/immigrationaction

Nope. There is the INA 212(d)(3) waiver which waives virtually all grounds of inadmissibility for non-immigrant visas. However let's say you are more likely to be declared a saint than to get that. You can only obtain it from outside the US as far as I'm aware, and I'm not sure how getting a work visa from your own company works, assuming you can. The waiver applies only to non-immigrant visas, so you cannot use it to get permanent residency. You could technically do the following:
Leave.
Get the waiver.
Get a work/investory visa.
Return to US.
Serve the 10 year ban here.
Adjust status via some way.
