If you are not already doing this, you will also want to check the USCIS on-line case tracking tool (https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/landing.do) and the ELIS system every day, as your renewal is likely to be reflected there before you actually receive your new EAD in the mail. And your employer will likely accept the approval online even if your EAD hasn’t yet arrived.

When you email them back with the info, make sure to let them know that you actually submitted in February. I think they use the track my case tool online and that displays the wrong date. I had the lawyer send me an email saying that I submitted in April and I should've submitted much sooner based on my expiration date. I had to email her a copy of my receipt so she would believe that I submitted in February and not April
