I feel extremely bad for the people expiring on 3/6/18... they missed out on another two years by one day

If nothing is passed, DACA will not be discontinued

I expire on March 19th, 2019, so at least I have that.

If I expired in 2018 I'd be screaming right now if I missed the deadline by 1 day. Interestingly enough I got approved in December 2016, nunc pro tunc and they send me a permit that wasn't even valid yet.

While I applaud Trump for putting pressure on Congress to act, that's still a massive long shot.

Congress can't even pass healthcare, or Tax Reform, or really any other critical legislation that is of immediate concern to the majority of Americans. Do we really believe that DACA is going to become a priority for Congress?

I sure hope so for all you DACA recipients, but i wouldn't hold my breath.

Don't be surprised if you are forced to go back into the shadows now, with ICE looming over your shoulders with every move you make. Because now it's different. Now they know everything about you and what you do.
