If Trump does actually think about rescinding DACA because of this, the people to be blamed will be all of us along with the liberal media especially those organizations like Univision and CNN. Trump has done a fantastic job with DACA. Now is his real test. Lets see if he can hold his own but we must do our part by not attacking him.

Ok, so he appointed sessions as AG. Trump still has not eliminated DACA. If he does eliminate it, my two cents it will be because some of us kept talking our unnecessary, stupid shit.

It will be interesting (and very telling) to see how the administration responds. It is obvious the media will be asking about this. Either way, it just seems like this was the plan all along. You phase out DACA without making Trump look like the bad guy.

Best case scenario is Trump sides with us and orders Sessions to defend us in court (LOL), but it would be almost certain that we would lose 5-4 in SCOTUS (if it even makes it that far).

Our only shot is legislation, and with an overwhelming GOP majority in the House, I would not be holding my breath.
