I'll recommend you to give them a call. My friend had the same issue and it was due to verification problems. He had to fax a copy of his EAD in order to get verified. By the way, I think he also went to the Bell Gardens DMV.

Congrats to those who received their DL's Im so happy for you guys and girls. I applied for ID 12/21/2012 and passed the behind the wheel 12/28/12 and I have not received neither one. 
oh well. At least im on the other side of the fence already. Nothing else but to patiently wait.

The reason I'm asking this is because I applied for both, an ID and DL and in the papers I received from the DMV only one number is visible (ex: DL/ID: F340956) so when I want to check the status of my DL/ID in the DMV website I can only insert that one number for both ID/DL -which btw, its been almost a week since I applied and my information does not appear in the website, should I be concerned? or is this normal?-
