Federal Judge in Maryland has just ruled that “President Trump has the right to end DACA.” President Obama had 8 years to fix this problem, and didn’t. I am waiting for the Dems, they are running for the hills!

This can be a good thing. Maybe they’ll get something done.

Scary thing is if an appeals court or SCOTUS kills DACA, it will go into effect the next day. No grace period, no 6 months etc

It will be a cold hard stop for DACA

He’s totally trying to get something done.

This decision isn't worth anything, the injunctions stand as is normal for ongoing litigation, and this will be appealed to the 4th circuit which out of 18 judicial seats, 10 are Clinton/Obama, and 7 are Reagan/GHW Bush, GW Bush, 1 vacancy.

4th circuit is much more liberal after Obama than it used to be.

Donald Trump is the kind of a person to start executing hostages while complaining about the police not getting him his chopper, and when he gets it that it's not a luxury one with a pilot while he keeps shooting hostages.

He has a fucking majority in the House and Senate. Why doesn't he look to his fucking repubes?
