Who has a two month DACA renewal story?

Lawyer did a case inquiry since it has been 6 months now. says i should hear by july 9...........we will see.

Did a case inquiry yesterday just for the hell of it and got the typical BS answer this morning

Just gotta keep waiting

When did you apply? And is this your initial or renewal?

I applied back in February and did my Biometrics on March 25 of this year. I know you're supposed to wait 6 months or whatever but I had a lot of free time yesterday so I said screw it I'm goin for it and that's the response I got.

Also this is my first time applying

Well like you said is 6 months wait. So you're still within the time frame. But if you have a straight forward case it shouldn't take more than 6 months but Nebraska does seems to be picky and slow. My last case was there. I applied in December 2012, and I got denied September 2014.

Why were you denied?

I got denied because supposedly they didn't received my RFE response within the specified time. I sent what they asked for a month and half earlier and had tracking number proving it got delivered. But still got denied regardless.

If you sent it certified, you can print out the tracking # delivery receipt, which has the receiving person's signature, and perhaps go to your local USCIS office and ask for help?
