The memos are signed, they just haven't been publically released. So it is possible there will a change to them (at least that is how I understand it.)

This is huge for DACA and even DAPA don't you guys think? DACA could have easily been rescinded in this memo, however, they chose to make an exception for that and DAPA.

DAPA is not something that is implemented. Also, parents of USCs have been deported.
