If a shutdown happens is on the backs of these jerks and Trump. They own this. Tweet and retweet, then retweet some more: Cotton, Cornyn, Grassley, Miller, Ryan, McConnell, etc are mismanaging the country and creating financial chaos with their tax scam. They will own a shutdown.
