Sorry but republicans did not obstruct for the first 2 years. If they whipped the votes, the Dream Act, which was already written, would've taken about 2 hours to pass on day 1. They didn't address immigration because it was not a priority pure and simple. Obamacare was the largest handout to insurance companies. The Tax bill was Trump's handout to big business. Both parties are the same.
