Because the rules are made from the DHS, or memos from WH, also there're many many loopholes in the law about the authority from the president.

Up to the courts to decide whether it's legal to show bias in this manner.

This is just inviting people to lie during their immigration interview and/or work under the table to avoid paying taxes.
Even so with the backlog from many offices like Miami or Denver with 9 to 24 months for interviews for PR, they can looks for your past like income tax, credits, health benefits (no sure about like Jackson health card for South Florida or medical California) those are state help...but no idea. Also about no pay taxes, remember you need to shows a "good moral... but no pay taxes is bad but now you can't adjust because you are or were a public charge...

But he could PERDON all the 11M and extend the 245i , and maybe 50% got married and adjust... as simple as that.

Depends...is like SSI and SSA one is from the treasury the other is from your payments and your employer.

Also what about Jackson card here in miami and Medi Cal in California... Also some persons like nice or grandsons who got paid for take care of ethe elderly.. food stamp SNAP..

DTA should only ask for proof of the U.S. citizenship of your children or other eligible household members if their status is “questionable.” 106 C.M.R. § 362.210. The fact that children are born to immigrant parents does not make their U.S. citizenship automatically questionable.
The SNAP application form allows applicants to identify immigrant household members not seeking benefits. If you file an on-line SNAP application, in the “personal information” section you are can indicate programs that the individual is applying for. You can also send a written statement with the other proofs sent in to clarify who is and is not applying for benefits. See also DTA Brochure, “What Non-citizens Need to Know,” See Appendix D.
Federal guidance requires states to accept the best evidence available for verification of income and should accept a reasonable explanation from the household of discrepant information (in this case, the earnings of an immigrant where the name on pay stubs were different from wage earner). 11/13/08 FSN Memo

I'm sure a lot of us took that one...

I'm afraid this may be upheld. It's just the executive defining what a "public charge" is.

Medical? Student loans? First time house buyer?? Credits under the new law??

Yawn, like this Stephen Miller garbage is ever going to come into fruition. This will be stuck in courts until we are geriatric.
