I found this answer from another post, cause apparently this is a common thing:

"Try writing to the Post Master, explain the consequences of their faulty delivery and ask them to re-trace exactly what happened with the parcel. Have them accept responsibility - and at the very least, request that if they are not able to retrieve the misdirected letter, that they cover the cost of a replacement EAD. Our Post Master did agree that if they weren't able to retrieve our package, they would pay for it to be replaced and reshipped. You may be able to get the same sort of attention - but the Post Master has to be the one who makes that commitment, not the postal employee. "

So I would wait a little just to see if the people who receive it send it back... If not try the above suggestion.

sorry this has happened to you...my AP got lost in the mail in the past and I had to reapply. Thankfully, my lawyer was able to explain to uscis that the document was lost in mail and they approved the second application in 1 month, but unfortunately I did have to reapply and pay all the fees again

I want to delete this account and it's weird that there is no option to do so.

You can now send it in 6 months ahead of time. Infopass officer told me this in August. I relayed this to my friend and she submitted hers last month, she expires in April. Her Biometrics were scheduled for this month already.

So I got approved Oct 31st, and haven't received my EAD. How long is the normal wait?

Got approved!!!

I'm not sure if it was a coincidence, but opened an inquiry at day 106 and had the approval that night.
