Well there are all these positive articles but I don't know... they are optimistic view from liberal democratic writers/ journalists. It seems more speculative like the other guy said then actually factual.

Ianus, let's say it gets introduced and goes on the senate floor for voting by June - Septemberish. How many senators do we have on our side? 58 to59? Aren't we missing a few and how realistic is it that we can actually get this to pass in your opinion. I find the partisan struggle in the D.C. as a bad sign...

I like how he separated the dream act from CIR. He could just have easily stated Reid was planning to bring CIR on the floor since dream has always been part of CIR. I think with some pressure from Obama, dream can pass by being attached to some other bill before CIR.
