DREAM Petition on change.org

This has probably been posted already, but I feel this is important enough to warrant a re-post, if it is in fact a re-post.

The most popular votes each week are sent to 40,000 change.org members. I don't know exactly what they mean by "popular" but the DREAM Act petition is not that far (the second page) from the first page of petitions:
