I like the quote too. It feels like Durbin is pressuring the Congress to either deliver CIR or pass DA as a stand alone bill this year. He says he wants DA to be attached to CIR but he is also "anxious" to pass DA ASAP. Good political language, he knows what he is doing. He also needs our support to make it happen, otherwise both CIR AND DA are going to be ignore this year. According to the guesstimates of people I know, if it is not this year, it would take a couple of years, either CIR or DA.

Hope DA passes this year or a CIR by Next year or I will just go back to my country, since I don't have nothing to do here, if I cant accomplish my dream.
