We sent out 368 in week two.

Hi everyone. I'm new to this forum and I just found this thread. I am very interested in helping. I don't work or go to school so I have plenty of time to make these or devote my time to this.
I love art-sy stuff so I'd love to do this.
Could I just use construction paper of different colors that I already have and just cut into smaller pieces and make postcards out of them?
If not, let me know so I can get something else.

Also, I am soo confused on addresses and all that. Can somebody send me the list of all the people we should post cards to?

I live in Oklahoma (ew) so if there's any senators here that don't accept from other states, I'll send em to them.

I hope it's not too late.

oh, and what day would I mail them? If you guys just want to give me the addresses or days you need help with, I'll do those.

You can ask myloveisaverb what day has the least number of people to mail and mail yours on that day.

Hey everyone!

Week 4 ended this Saturday. Thank you to the 7 or so people who stuck it out to the end. The final total is 1,235 postcards, and i'm very happy with this number. Of course this doesn't mean people need to stop being active. There's always something that can be done to help get our voices heard.

We should definitely do another campaign when the dream act gets closer to being voted on in Congress.

Also if you totals that you still haven't sent in, PM me!

Well I've got another 40 stamps, so I'll send out more post cards tomorrow.

Oh I have a few extra stamps as well, so I'm just going to send out a few more postcards to finish 'em up.

Just a reminder to everyone that the price of stamps goes up on Monday. If you still want to mail postcards, it now costs 28 cents. You have to buy 1 cent stamps to add to your 27 cent stamps.

Ok so I did slack off on my postcards last week, but I did manage to send my 15 on Monday.
