2010 or 2011?

I have read so much about how overcrowed the schedule is and that DA or CIR won't get a chance this year. I know we all don't have a crystal ball to predict when it will happen but just want to know when u guys think this will pass? I personally think 2011 though i wish it was 2009. I am on the fence about moving to scotland and this thread would help me decide b/c i cant wait till 2011 and even 2010 would be a bit difficult. So what do u all think?

No one really knows when this is going to happen, however, it may come out next year. I say just hang in there if you don't have anywhere to go, but if you think you'll do better in your home country, then by all means, I say go back.

The way I see this, there are many more things that are far more important than an immigration reform. Things that need to be "fixed" first. But who am I to predict how the government is going to act?

2011....wow seems so far away!

Even if Dream Act were to pass this fall it would still be a couple months before you received your Green Card. So either way looks like you're going back to Scotland.

Elections are next fall for Congress.

The most it can stretch is Spring of 2010.

I really can't wait that long... This is so frustrating :[

If not this year then most likely it will be in 2011 which is a big dissapointment since the DA has the momentum right now!!!
