I don't need any news. ALL I NEED IS THIS HEADLINE: DREAM? NOT A DREAM ACT BUT AN ACTION ALREADY!

MEANING: WE WON THE BILL.

Huffington Post has an entry stating that the Senate doesn't expect to vote on health care reform until Christmas or after. Nice. And to the ones here who think I'm too hard on Democrats (as if they actually cared or knew I existed), just read the comments that users entered. Believe me, no one is happy and they all express anger and frustration at 'obstructionist democrats'.

look maybe its just me but I was expecting Christmas all along

If you ask me they're going to spread time out till Christmas, take their recess, get back to work and work on easier bills (regulation or who knows what), and THEN (hopefully) start paying attention to immigration

That post was actually written by my colleague Duke at The Sanctuary. It is unlikely that the House would take such a progressive view on immigration. We'll release our full report early next month, which I am also presenting to the SF City government at a symposium.
