CIR is not on the backburner at this point, it's more like sitting in the back of the freezer waiting to be thawed out after oh, I don't know, the entire fridge is empty.

I wish more of us DREAMers thought like this.

The time some of you take writing defeatist posts, you'd send a fax or two to advance our cause. If DA fails, we're to blame too, not just Congress. If we sit on our asses and expect them to just hand over legal status without having to put in some work, we can only expect to fail in the end.
