Remember, it was "before Labor Day" before. So take it with a grain of salsa

yeah and soon after they first had their meeting with Obama they said that they would have a bill in April now they are pushing it to May 30th??

The deadline is there not only to have a goal and all, but most of them will be out of a job by july. Thus, they must finish by July. Most of them have jobs that either end by July or when the bill passes. So seeing it pass on Monday (let's say) isn't good for them.
Most of them are posers that are only in it for themselves. Is about networking and making friends. That is it. If they were to actually do their job, they would have no job or would have to move on to fight for or against things like gay marriage or some private sector job.
Nick's goal (I think and I share that goal) is to no longer fight for DREAM. It should have been over no later than 2006, but we are still here. Shame most advocates don't share this mentality.
