You may remember the heinous crime from 2008. Today, some partial justice was served upon the man who killed Marcelo Lucero.

The anti-immigrant sentiment in the U.S. is beyond palpable. We need to come together to denounce these types of hate crimes and send a message to Congress that the longer they wait to address immigration reform (and the divisions the status quo has created), the more people will be emboldened to engage in their own form of misguided "vigilantism."

I went to the air force today, got turned down for not being a citizen...

I wanted to join and give service to my country but I'm not even allowed to do that...

It's like they're pushing us into a life of crime....

A ruined future for a bit of sport. I don't think CIR (as nice as it would be) will cure some people from going out and acting this way.

There are undocumented students hoping to go to college/become doctors/engineers/lawyers, etc., and these kids have the opportunity and waste it through such stupid decisions.
