Do the Republicans (or anyone else in Congress, for that matter) know that they have an entire 2 years per session? Immigration reform has been debated twice in the last four years so it's not like this is rocket science. This talk about "ramming" bills down the American public's throat and "we don't have time to put a bill together" is getting old.
