So if the Democrats propose CIR when the Republicans control Congress, what do you think will happen to it? It will be shot down so quickly it'll make your head spin. So more Republican seats do not equal more support for us ANYWHERE.

If you go by border security, we will never get reform ever. Sure it can help but I think they will make excuses until not even 1 person can come illegally. What about people who overstayed their visas?

There were Rep support in 2007. If the bill does not pass before elections then Hispanics will vote for Rep and therefore CIR/Dream Act will get a lot of support from the Reps.

Dude in case you don't know, there is NO REPUBLICAN SUPPORT for CIR, NONE AT ALL. Graham pulled out of the sponsorship because he is not getting his way and Democratic Leaders wanted to move Immigration to the top of the list. He would/will more than likely vote NO, it is almost certain. So that is why Graham'd vote nay on his 'own' bill. Now stop saying saying that CIR has Republican support please.
