I don't know either. Every day I see several articles on this forum saying stuff like "DREAM expected to pass soon" and then "DREAM unlikely for another 2 years" or something like that.

I have no idea which articles to believe and which to disbelieve. The news that is posted here is the most inconsistent I have ever seen.
