The fact of the matter is that the opposition uses the idea of "securing the border" to avoid any sort of immigration reform legislation. These thick head republicans will never accept the fact that the border is secure even if Janet Napolitano, Secretary of HOMELAND SECURITY, constantly says that the border has never been as secure as it is today. In fact, the border will be even more secure once they bring millions of people out of the shadow!

Atleast the CIR will pass and help the undocumented.
