Copy-paste for the lazy:

A Mason-Dixon survey conducted for the Las Vegas Review-Journal and KLAS-TV indicates that 43 percent of Nevada voters support Reid with 42 percent backing Angle. Reid led Angle by 7 points in the previous Mason-Dixon poll, which was conducted two weeks ago.

Reid is facing a difficult re-election as he bids this year for a fifth term in the Senate. Nevada has the highest unemployment level of any state in the nation and some of President Barack Obama's policies that Reid helped guide through the Senate are unpopular in the state.

Six out of 10 people questioned say they think the country's on the wrong track and more than half disapprove of the job Obama's doing in the White House. According to the poll, 52 percent of Nevada voters say the new health care reform law should be repealed.

Angle beat 12 other candidates in the June 8 GOP primary to capture her party's Senate nomination. The former Nevada state lawmaker enjoys strong support from many in the Tea Party movement.

The Mason-Dixon poll for the Las Vegas Review-Journal and KLAS-TV Channel 8 was conducted July 26-28, with 625 Nevada voters questioned by telephone. The survey's overall sampling error is plus or minus four percentage points.
Meh, I wouldnt be surprised if he lost however i still prefer him over some neocon (still a different majority leader would be nice...)

I think Reid has done a decent job. Not great, but in this situation, who can do better than him?

Reid will keep his job because even Nevada Republicans are endorsing him.

After all, Reid is the majority leader, while Angle is an extremist and most junior member of the Senate should she manage to unseat Reid.

If Reid is gone, then Nevada will have a lot of federal funding cut off while seeing the arrival of nuclear waste dump site.
