She means he doesn't have the cajones to agree to the Arizona law at all. She is a complete idiot. You guys need to check yourselves if you agree with her about this because the next thing you will be agreeing is Jan Brewer saying Obama doesn't have cajones on immigration (meaning specifically that he doesn't have the balls to deport everybody).
