The president made it absolutely clear to us that he would leave no stone unturned in order to accomplish an approval in the Senate of the DREAM Act," Gutierrez said from the White House driveway this afternoon. “We asked them to put the full weight and might and the full influence of the White House and his personal energy and commitment behind it.”

I have been following the Dream Act since two years ago. I believe in President Obama and I understand why he didn't introduce this earlier. The hope he promised us is going to be revived next week, and that hope will turn into reality. Call all the senators!!! and bombard them with phone calls in support of the DREAM ACT!!!

Perhaps he is also being pressured internally, not just externally.

Regardless of the situation, the chance is real and shouldn't be waisted.

"Won't leave a stone unturned"

I doubt he'll turn that that executive order stone over, he'll probably tell McCain to have a tea party with the damn thing and act like it doesn't exist.

Gutierrez was on Univision and he said that the vote will most likely will be on Thursday but that Obama plans to urge all the senators to vote for Dream on Tuesday/Wednesday. He also mentioned the plans of introducing some immigration bill
