I wouldn't be so quick to disregard this. Mccain may be doing this for votes but w.e one republican says you can bet that that's where the rest of the party mostly stands. I don't want to jinx it but I think the republicans will try to stop this bill as they have tried to stop every other damn bill that anyone has moved forward.
