I'm just saying lol.

You would think that the Dream Act should have passed by now. Instead, only stricter laws are coming our way. I'm not saying this particular bill will go anywhere, but with e-verify and then the new healthcare system, this is getting kind of scary.

Oh yea, and Real ID.

The bottom line is that it's all hot air to apeasse their ignorant electorate. Undocumented workers are essential to the capitalist system that this country runs on. Legalizing everyone would drive prices of pretty much everything up, as businesses wouldn't be able to get away with paying undocumented people what they pay them now. Also, to deport us all would cost them an insane amount of money. Will they ever fess up to that? Hell no. I mean, maybe it's a little conspiracy theory coo-koo, but I don't know. If you think about it...

To get racist teabagger votes of course.

Hatch is covering his ass because his fellow senator from Utah was booted in the republican party for just swaying out of line a tiny little bit.

This is just posturing. The question is when will the climate of anger will subside allowing for moderates like Hatch to start cooperating on those issues.
