Off record conference call??????

Did anyone else know about a supposed ''off record conference call'? It's supposed to be today at 4pm

didn't have time to read the whole article, since I'm en route to work and barely have time to write this thread.

there's an off-record conference call at 4 p.m. ET Tuesday ((800)-398-9402--ask for "DREAM Act Call"). But no vote in either house of Congress, apparently.

do you know what this conference is about, who can call/? ehh... i'll be working so

what does this even mean? An off record conference call? What is that?
