That said, dream should be voted on in the house next week, so I read, and senate hopefully clears taxes, to take up D.A.

^ What are you talking about? Civil disobedience has a great American tradition from the suffragette movement to the Civil Rights movement. You can think that their tactics hurts more than it helps but you can't say that Americans don't do civil disobedience.
