I don't consider the age cap a good part of the bill. I think that 30 is an arbitrary number and that it shouldn't be there. Having said that, the Dream Act is not an end in itself. The Dream Act is the beginning of meaningful immigration reform. Passage of the Dream Act will be a victory for all people fighting for immigrant rights, no matter what age or color.
