Pass it in January? Seriously dude I think you need to seek help. They won't introduce another bill at the last minute because if they do, neither bill passes because they have to negotiate it. The republicans won't pass it, King controls all bills that come out of the house. I think you are really delusional, I kind of feel bad if you are creating all of these scenarios in your mind.
