I have noticed the cnn negative reporting on dream as well. I dont understand why they are doing it though... Anyways on a side note, do you guys think that the 59 senators that voted for tabling (?) will vote in favor of dream when it cones up again, or do you think we might lose some of these?

It's really hard to tell. For example, David Vitter is about as anti immigrant as you can get, and he voted YEA. Bob Menendez wrote the first bill and voted NAY. Feingold voted NAY too. It is indeed confusing.

Understand it was a vote to table the dream act, which means to end debate on that particular bill, of course vitter voted in essence to end debate on dream act, Yes end debated on this, was on Vitter head. Bob Menendez voted Nay/Not to end debate.

The new plan, as I understand, is to brin up the house version of dream, which means get into gear and call.

My point is they voted different than the rest of their party did. What is the reason for that?

I follow your logic, we could think further on this, but it will not add any value to our cause, lets concentrate on calling, e-mailing.

I agree it's a better call to delay the voting if we don't have enough 60 votes. Hopefully, this delay would come out a happy ending.
