Look for CIR in 2011 with Republicans pushing their version, Obama will back it as will Democrats.
There is just one tiny mistake with your argument, the House that passed the 86 CIR Bill was controlled by Democrats, NOT Republicans. in the Senate the Republicans had a small majority of 3 (which is basically nothing.) I personally don't see the Republicans doing anything on immigration for the next couple of years, they're so dense, they're only thinking about short term gains and bashing immigrants seems to be the popular thing right now.

Considering how you've got people like Lamar in the house, any DREAM act passed by the republicans is likely to be a NIGHTMARE act to the actual dreamers

DA User you would never again qualify for another DREAM ACT NOT under DEMOCRAT CONTROL House and Senate and even worse in a REPUBLICAN-TEAPARTY Controlled house

I would imagine the age cap under republican nightmare act would be 18 years old and you must have been living in the States for at least 17 years of those 18. Lol
