States will be going after the undocumented because the state are broke and they want to cut benefits and cost for such things as incarceration, education, health care and they see that as one of the paths to do that. If there really going to be a push for a Dream Act or CIR there are going to be a lot of laws restricting migration so the people of the country do not have to face this issue again. I think that is reasonable cut off all uncontrolled immigration and every type of birth right citzenship in return have controlled immigration only its what other countries do.Unless you take Dream act and Cir to the supreme court this is the way I think there going to go about it.
