The law is not requiring legal citizenship to attend public school, but it does require parents to present valid u.s birth certificate, green card, etc.. and if you don't then local authorities would then be notified. So pretty much yeah they're trying to ban undocumented students from public schools. It's a sort of loophole, the parents will be too scared to enroll their children.

undocumented children are protected under the constitution for an education from K-12. The problem is they are trying to collect information from the parents of the child that go to that school. Like there status and we no what they can do with that information. I am really getting nervous about our debt and what the budget cuts are going to be for everyone in this country. Here is a article about how they are going to try to close half the schools in Michigan thats astounding to me just unthinkable.
