Obama made the promise of CIR one year before he got elected, before the recession took over.
kenny1314, he made the right move by passing healthcare. Passing immigration reform would have 100% made sure that republicans controlled both houses after the 2010 election and the country would be in a much more worse shape than now.

I have no faith in Obama but it seems as though now he can get re-elected at least because the Republicans are not putting up a candidate that can win,. If Obama does not win the other side is for ugly for us so yeah complain about Obama but be thankful it could be worse.
