It says the law will be implemented July 1st if Governor signs it. Im pretty sure students currently in College would be able to get in state next semester. I really hope this is the case! Congrats CT dreamers.

whats going on in maryland? i heard they where gettin DA there a couple months ago wherent they? i think i read somewhere that the governor has spoken very favorably about how draemers have already gone thru alot and sympathises with them so i think its all go

If they get enough signatures they might have a chance to put it in the ballot and take it down. Although this is hard, I don't think they can overturn it
