The Migration Letter

My name is Miriam and I'm relatively new here. I've been on this website before but it wasn't until a long talk with my father that I thought it was time for my part of the action to start.
I know you have contact with many congress people here but I had an idea on how to force our issue to the forefront. I was speaking to my dad about that Univision special Es El Momento and he asked me why I hadn't asked the President a question about the Dream Act. I answered that I thought the special had already been recorded and he pointed out that I could just send the President a letter on any given day. And so I began to think that I could try and convince the people that I knew to write letters and send them to the President.
I was actually in the middle of convincing my friends that I though, “Well what the President is going to do! Clearly he can't pass it or it might have already been done." And that's when I thought of sending letters to Representatives and Senators, not texting them or e-mailing them but sending letters until they had no more place to put them. I want people out there to convince their relative, friends, teachers, or anyone they know to write a letter and send it to Congress and remind them that we are still here, we are still waiting, and we want a better future too. Please help!
