Who Should be On the “Dance Floor” with Obama on Immigration Reform?

Yesterday when President Obama addressed the NCLR Conference and spoke about immigration reform or rather the lack of it, he pointed out the following: “Let’s be honest, I need a dance partner here, and the floor is empty.”
