It is a long article, but very interesting since the premise of no immigration reform until the "border is secured" by Republicans has become true. However, they continued to move back the goal post, way beyond the field, stadium, etc.
My personal option: Democracy (such as USA) is the greatest system in the world. However, when the participants (i.e. congress) refuse to do anything, it is the worse system in the world. The "can" will be kicked down the road forever and nothing will change.
