Lol pretty much everything you just named there, Republicans are sooo against it and will do everything they can to not allow it to happen. I would say a super majority in at least the House is needed to allow the passage of the Dream Act. I have a strong feeling the Democrats will remain in control of the Senate, the GOP have already started their political suicide.
