I'm not surprised by it. I think someone on DAP predicted that the Republicans would put forth ideas like this. I could understand saying 10 years or even 12 years, but 25 years? Seriously? And they would probably want us to prove that we'd been in the U.S. every single day for those 25 years.

^ This. But, it would be nice to know that Obama's contender also supports us.

Bachman and Cain will drop out sooner or later.

Don't forget Santorum lol.

Pawenty had the right mind to drop out since he left his state in utter ruins while he was governor.

Seriously, out of all the GOP contestants, Huntsman is the most logical out of all of them. Which isn't saying much. Paul wants to get rid of all government run operations (FDA, EPA, etc etc.). Romney flip flops as usual and can barely hold on to conservative support which he really needs. Perry is just...lol. Who else is left?

Oh yeah the flavor of the months Bachmann and Cain. Gingrich falls in line with the rest of the above.

If I had to pick, I would pick Huntsman too, but he does not seem to be a likely winner of the GOP primary. :- (

I just read something on Newt's red card plan. So, it basically means giving work visas to undocumented people who are not felons? ugggggggghhhhhhhhhh The plan needs to be improved because what will happen if a person with a red card loses a job?

http://www.washingtonpost.com/blogs/...9coN_blog.html

Damn it Newt. Still, he is trying . . . And it's better than Romney.

Guys,

Please watch the video in the link above. The Red Card program is stupid. Many people will still run the risk of being separated from their families if they cannot find a job. Plus, it's like Americans saying, "We'll use you, but you cannot be considered one of us." Screw Newt. If the GOP will not fully accept us members of American society, let the damn economy go down in flames. What Newt is proposing is like the bracero program all over again. Can you guys imagine yourselves with one of these damn cards?

Obama would bury this bastard in a debate. I take back any hope I showed for Newt.

These guys and their stupid ideas. They probably sniff Bachman's rear-end backstage before every debate. Why don't they just admit that CIR is the most pragmatic solution to the problem. We're here you damn GOP retards. You're never going to get rid of us; now admit it.
