I hate how all these "pro-immigration" organizations voiced their opinions against the Arms Act. Have they ever consulted with US? the people who are directly affected. Some of us are fuckin frustrated having to wait 10 years for something to happen. These activists lives will go on either way but we will still be in the same predicament. I wish the Dream Act would of passed in 2010 but since wishing doesn't mean a fuckin thing let's roll with what we got and move on with our lives, we're not getting any younger. And if this option doesn't seem worth it to you we'll you can always go back to your homeland, I know I will if either the arms or dream doesn't go through congress.

It's not about dying, it's about killing. I'm more afraid of it than dying.

Anyways I'm really interested in the Coast Guard. I think there's plenty of opportunity for that here in NYC.

This isn't very mature dialogue btw.

You guys are going after each other, and the act just got introduced. It's a long way from being passed. Let's try to remain united, and refrain from attacking each other, just due to opposing viewpoints.

And let's be real. We, being undocumented, have little say on whether this act passes or not. In the end, these politicians will do whatever is in their best interest. Let's hope the act gets the opportunity to be modified, and compromised upon. If it doesn't and passes as is, then you have the decision to join or not to join. It's your option. If it doesn't pass, then nothing has changed, and we all have to look to other alternatives.

Let's just try to chill out a bit, and see what happens, before we start jumping the gun.

I wouldnt be so excited about going off and serving in the armed forces, when that has nothing to do with my interests.

Figures Gingrich, a man who dodged the draft, would want this.
